- Meet in front of the animate Ikebukuro Main Store. Our guide will be waiting for you, dressed in cosplay and holding an "Abracadabra Tours" sign. They should be pretty easy to spot!
- We’ll take you to one of the Animate Café locations in Ikebukuro—Ikebukuro Main Store, 2, or 3. The specific anime collaboration will be a fun surprise when we arrive! *Please note that you cannot pre-select the store or collaboration.
- Did you know that there are special rules at collaboration cafes about when you should go buy merchandise or snap photos?! No worries, though—our English-speaking guide will fill you in on all the insider tips.
- Plus, you start off with a ¥2,500 meal voucher!
- Dive into the menu and choose whatever catches your eye. Fancy a hearty main dish and a dessert? Go for it! You'll place your order using a tablet! We’ve got menus in English ready for you, and our guide will assist with any language barriers.
- *We don't specifically list allergens, but we can show you the ingredient list in English. If you have dietary needs, just give us a heads up before your visit.
- When you hear the Japanese announcements, it’s your cue to head over and shop for merchandise. Remember, good timing is crucial, or you might miss out!

How to Use
- Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at designated location.
Purchase Notice
- The minimum number of participants is four people. A program may be canceled if there are not enough participants. If this happens, participants will receive an email at least three days before the scheduled date of the program notifying them of the cancelation. Participants will also receive a refund for their participation fee.
- Collaborations may differ depending on the Animate Café Ikebukuro location (Main Store, 2, or 3). You cannot select the collaboration or store in advance. Please be aware of this before making your reservation.
- While we cannot accommodate specific allergies, we can provide ingredient lists in English. If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance.

- Failure to arrive at the meeting point on time will be considered a no-show, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.
- We are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur during the program, though compensation may be provided within the limits of the participation fee if the company is found at fault. We recommend that you consider purchasing insurance if you are concerned about possible accidents or injuries.
- Please be responsible for your own trash and dispose of it as needed where appropriate.
- If you are not feeling well on the day of the program, please refrain from participating. We may also ask you not to participate if your health condition could be a concern.
