・This value ticket grants you access to changing rooms and admission to acosta! @ Ikebukuro Sunshine City, Japan’s largest cosplay event. ・acosta! offers a unique opportunity to walk around Ikebukuro and enter shops while dressed in cosplay. Normally, cosplay is not allowed in public places in Japan. ・For two days, Ikebukuro will be alive with both novice and experienced cosplayers! ・Transform into your favorite character and explore Ikebukuro in style! ・You don't need to dress up to participate! Enjoy the event while admiring the impressive cosplays of the other participants! Tickets are required for all attendees, regardless of whether you are cosplaying or not.
The Experience
・Dates: Saturday, July 6th and Sunday, July 7th, 2024 ・This ticket covers both the use of a changing room for dressing up in cosplay and the fee for participating in the event. ・Shop and enjoy Sunshine City's offerings in full cosplay during the event! ・About age restrictions Children below junior high school age may participate in the event only if accompanied by a guardian. *Accompanying guardians will also need to pay the regular admission fee.

- Check-in at Exhibition Hall D, which is located on the second floor of the Bunka Kaikan Bldg. in Sunshine City. *Please make sure to check in the day of the event.
- Look out for our official photographers!
- Once you've changed, you’re free to enjoy the event in your cosplay. Japan's Largest Cosplay Gathering! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cosplayer, this is the place to be!
- Venue Map The event takes place around Sunshine City and is complete with outdoor photography areas.
- Enjoy taking photos outside in designated areas.
- ★During the event, you can enter shops in your cosplay! You can shop at Sunshine City's stores while in cosplay!
- Hall Map During the event, you can enter shops inside Sunshine City in cosplay!
- Our official photographers in vests are there to capture the event! Feel free to ask them for a picture!
- The photos taken may be featured on acosta! or Hacosta promotional materials and on social media. They may also appear in external media and news outlets!
- Changing rooms will be open until 6:30 pm *Please finish changing and exit the changing rooms before this time.

Purchase Notice
Cosplay Event Guidelines ・Please change clothes in the designated changing rooms for each gender. Do not arrive or leave the venue in cosplay. ・The changing rooms are large, communal spaces with no partitions or private booths. Changing must be done within these designated areas. ・Do not change clothes or apply makeup outside the designated areas, such as in adjacent shops or restrooms. ・On the event day, official photographers and various media may be taking photos and recording videos. You may appear on TV, newspapers, magazines, the web, etc. Thanks for your understanding. ・The changing rooms will close at 6:30 pm.
Ticket Information ・Regardless of ticket type, there is a purchase limit of 2 tickets per person each day. ・We do not accept cancellations or changes for purchased tickets. Thank you for your understanding.
Important Booking Information
・Please make sure to check in the day of the event. *Check-in at Exhibition Hall D, which is located on the second floor of the Bunka Kaikan Bldg. in Sunshine City. ・If you cannot attend the event due to personal reasons, your ticket will not be refunded. ・The event may be canceled in the event of severe weather (such as a typhoon). Cancellations will be announced on the official website and on acosta!'s official X. ・Please dispose of trash in the bins provided at the venue. ・Please refrain from participating if you are feeling unwell on the day of the event. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is visibly unwell. ・The organizers are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during the event. However, if the injury or accident is directly related to the organizer's negligence, compensation will be limited to the cost of participation. We recommend that you consider purchasing insurance if you are concerned about possible accidents or injuries.
